Michelle McCracken has spent seventeen years helping persons in the fields of domestic relations and personal injury. Her aggressive, detailed oriented and zealous style of representation has resulted in the successful represented numerous clients over the years and earned her a BV rating in Martindale Hubble. Mrs. McCracken is experienced in all aspects of domestic relations, divorce, custody, visitation, spousal and child support and equitable distribution in Virginia. She regularly appears in all Juvenile and Domestic Relations District and Circuit Courts in South Hampton Roads as well as Hampton and Newport News. She has successfully argued before the Virginia Supreme Court, most recently in Crawford v. Haddock, 220 Va. 520, 621 S.E.2d 127 (2005).
Mrs. McCracken has also successfully represented hundreds of persons injured by the negligence of others in the Circuit Courts throughout South Hampton Roads. Most recently, she obtained a $1.365 Million jury verdict for a person who suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a low impact rear end collision. She has also mediated and settled claims in favor of her clients totaling over $1 Million for calendar year 2005.
