Michelle McCracken graduated from Lemoyne College in 1986 and the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 1989.  She is a trial lawyer with over 20 years experience in medical negligence, personal injury and family law matters.  Mrs. McCracken is know for her experience in wrongful death cases and divorces involving valuation and equitable distribution of businesses, the discovery of hidden assets and for ensuring her clients received their full share of the marital estate and the maximum spousal and child support under the law.

Michelle understands the change, fear and anxiety caused by severe physical injury, loss of a loved one or the break up of a marriage.  She works with each client individually to address their legal needs and find a meaningful solution.  She has obtained substantial settlements and verdicts for injured people and helped countless other to begin a new life after the trauma of a divorce. She regularly appears in all Juvenile and Domestic Relations District and Circuit Courts in South Hampton Roads as well as Hampton and Newport News and is ready to assist you.
