Greg is seasoned trial attorney with over 29 years of litigation experience, including eight years defending the United States Navy and Marine Corps in personal injury, property damage and medical malpractice claims brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act and Military Claims Act Claims. He is an experienced trial Lawyer who enjoys the highest rating from his peers and the judiciary. He has tried countless cases on a wide range issues before judges and juries and represented thousands of people throughout the Hampton Roads area. His practice includes business litigation, contract disputes, injury law, family law, estate planning, criminal and serious traffic matters. As a champion of children, he has qualified as a guardian ad litem and gained reputation as a go-to lawyer for multi-jurisdictional child custody disputes. He joined the firm in 2006.

He practices law with his law partner and wife M. Michelle P. McCracken.
